Regain Rehab Centre – Cancellation, Late & Missed Appointments Policy

At Regain Rehab Centre, we value your time and appreciate your cooperation. When you book an appointment, we dedicate that time specifically to you, turning away other requests. To ensure fairness for all our clients, we have the following policies in place:

Cancellation Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances (such as sudden illness or family emergencies) may arise. In such cases, exceptions may be considered at our discretion.

Partial, Late & Missed Appointments Policy

  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing proper notice (at least 24 hours in advance), you may be charged up to 50% of the treatment cost.
  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining scheduled time. However, adjustments to your treatment duration may be necessary to avoid disruptions to other scheduled appointments.
  • Partial and late appointments will be accommodated at our discretion and subject to therapist availability.
  • Cancellation and missed appointment fees cannot be direct billed to insurance providers.

Terms & Conditions

  • Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, but we recommend calling ahead or booking online to minimize waiting time.
  • We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your session.
  • Group bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ cancellation notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Individual bookings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
  • If no notice is provided and you do not show up, the full cost of the appointment will be charged.
  • Same-day bookings require at least 2 hours’ notice and are subject to availability.
  • A valid credit card may be required for bookings of 60 minutes or longer.
  • While we provide private treatment rooms, we are not responsible for lost or damaged valuables. Please avoid bringing jewelry or expensive electronics.
  • If using a gift card, please provide the gift card number when booking and present it at check-in. Cancellation fees also apply to gift card payments.
